Hi! I’m Mandi!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and clinicians in mental health. I care deeply about how we show up for one another — in relationships, in therapy, and in the systems that support care. I’m curious, down-to-earth, and believe laughter, music, and shared experiences with family and friends are as important as the work we do in the therapy room. Travel, adventure, and discovering new perspectives fuel both my life and my approach to helping others.
My clinical work shapes everything I build, and I’m committed to creating collaborative, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, respected, and supported. The work I do in therapy informs everything I create beyond it, and the systems I help build are meant to better support the relationships at the heart of mental health care.
My Approach
My work is grounded in collaboration, relational practice, and cultural humility. I believe people are the experts in their own lives, and therapy works best when it creates space for curiosity, reflection, and meaningful connection.
I’m committed to offering an inclusive, affirming space that honors identity, lived experience, and the broader systems that shape us.
Conversations Shaping Mental Health
I care deeply about the conversations shaping the future of mental health — from the therapy room to the systems that support clinicians and clients alike.
Through projects like Zessio, collaborative partnerships, and the Zessions podcast, I connect with thoughtful people across the field to explore how we can build more relational, sustainable, and inclusive care.
Whether you're seeking therapy, exploring collaboration, or interested in the work happening through Zessio, I’d love to connect.
