Mandi Roarke, M.A., LMFT

Hello and Welcome! I am happy you found me. I'm Mandi and I look forward to the opportunity to meet you. I think one of the most important parts of therapy is connecting with your therapist as a person. It's so important to feel like this person is someone who you can trust and sincerely know we are all working towards your goals together. So here's my elevator speech about myself: I'm from Austin and continued to love Austin enough to build my life here with my husband and daughter. I am passionate about my friends and family, music, the outdoors, and seeing my daughter look for our pet outdoor lizard each night. Life is beautiful but at the same time can be overwhelming. Part of my work as a therapist is to help you mindfully embrace all the beauty (whether within yourself or within your relationships) while being able to identify ways to shift perspective and adapt to new ways of approaching situations. Change can happen each and every conversation if we open ourselves to it. If you'd like to know more about me, my approach to therapy, and my areas of specialty they are listed for individual therapy, relationship therapy, or family therapy. If you are feeling like I might be the right Therapist for you, please contact me for next steps. If you aren't sure (or if your need doesn't fit under my "Areas of Specialty") contact me anyway. We can meet and I can offer trusted referrals if need be.
